British Open Championship

Rowrah Kart Circuit. All of the hard work, time and effort everyone has put in over the long winter and running up to this weekend looked to have paid off with P3 in official Timed Qualifying (TQ) in Mini Max with Chris Lulham. Heat 1 for Mini Max saw a difficult race for both with Tom Wood and Lulham having led the race only to be shuffled back in the queue coming home 8th and 12th, heat 2 much better with Lulham leading until the last lap and being pipped to the line in 2nd, Wood taking a strong P4. This gave the duo P2 and P3 start for the Pre-Final.

The Mini Pre-Final saw Lulham race for the win but then to crash mid race dicing in the lead pack coming home P22. Lulham’s bad luck continued with the throttle cable snapping after a storming drive.
